Our Response to COVID-19

Helping Out Our Hospital

The Tragos team personally knows those extremely impacted in the critical-state hospital of Elmhurst, Queens, NY. The staff and patients are suffering from the amount of cases flooding the hospital, with not enough supplies, rooms, and other resources to properly assist the community. We recently donated $1K in an effort to make any type of difference, and fast!

With your help, we extended our donations! For every game purchased between March 25th and April 15th10% of net proceeds went to Elmhurst. We've raised over $6,000 in total! For those who don't know Elmhurst, it is in one of the most diverse areas of New York, made up of about 60% Latinos. This is our home, where some of us were born and its a tragedy we're living. We want to continue helping make a difference, perhaps in other needing hospitals as well. If you know of any location that you think we can help with, let us know!

Gracias in advance!

Helping Out Laborers in Need

We created the Stay Home digital pack to do two things: add more fun to your house and continue making an impact for so many of those in need during this time. 50% of net proceeds from the Stay Home pack will go directly to the Immigrant Worker Safety Net Fund. This initiative started by National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON) helps by improving the lives of day laborers, migrants, and low-wage workers that have been economically impacted by COVID-19 and are in need of essential resources and financial support. This Tragos initiative will be ongoing for all Stay Home pack proceeds until further notice. Proceeds were also raised from sales for all our other games until June 25th, 2020. A final count for how much we raised will be provided at the end of July 2020.

Operations

Tragos is currently a remotely operated business with our team usually working from the safety of our homes. Operations have remained the same, despite the changes our society is seeing due to COVID-19's spread. We have taken additional safety precautions individually and as a company to support our global and national community including:

  1. Staying home as much as possible.
  2. Practicing health measures inside the home.
  3. Practicing social distancing while on the street.
  4. Canceled all physical events we were going to host or partake in.

Shipping & Delivery Changes

The only thing that may affect our current business of operations would be the heavy mail traffic by USPS as people are shipping products now more than ever. Shipments may be delayed by 3-4 days. We are still shipping everyday to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

We can also ensure that your packages have a very low risk of passing on the virus to you, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We do suggest that any item you enter into your home is properly disposed of, if no longer needed, and that you wash your hands immediately just to be safe. Low risk is still risk.

We encourage all customers to stay on top of their delivery notifications to be aware of when mailpeople drop off their packages. With social distancing procedures set in place, they may be dropping off in irregular locations outside your home. Remember to track your package via the tracking number we provide in your shipping confirmation email.

For any questions, please ask on our Intercom system (the red dot in the corner of your browser window while on our site). We will answer directly through there or provide an email response within 24 hours.
