How To Play

Getting Started

  1. Shuffle the cards, a lot!

  2. Serve yourselves desired beverages.

  3. Youngest person goes first by picking up a card. Going clockwise, each person takes a turn until the cards finish, or otherwise.

  4. Read the card to yourself first. If the question has an answer included, don't read it out loud. Ask the question to the group and have them answer. Examples of these cards (we blurred out the answers for this demo):

What does this card mean?

Here are some cards our players have asked us to explain a little more.

 If cards

Cards that begin with "If" are intended to be read out loud to the group by the person who picks it up. If the card applies to any player, they sip as much as the card says to.

Group Trivia

If you pick up a Group Trivia card:

  1. Read it silently.
  2. This is a question for the group. Ask the group the question. You will see the answer at the bottom of the question, so you can't participate.
  3. The first person to answer correctly in the group gets to pick someone to drink.

Categories

Starting with you, go around and say a word or phrase that falls within the category of the card. First person to repeat someone else’s word or can’t think of one fast enough loses.

Finish This...(Lyric/Sentence/Saying)

Read the phrase or lyric aloud to the group without giving away the answer (shown on the actual card). The first player to fill in the blank correctly is the winner.

Most Likely To

Read this card aloud to the group. The player with the most fingers pointed at them after the count of 3 is the winner.

Vote

Group Activity: Raise your left hand if you prefer tostones. Raise your right hand if you prefer maduros. You have to pick! The side with the lesser votes are the losers.

Tragos Round

Read this card aloud and complete the challenge. Cards vary; some will dare you, others will give you the power to dare other players.

Jinx

Pick a player to be your partner. The objective of Jinx is to get you and your partner to say the same answer at the same time. Wait till the count of 3 to call out your answer and see what happens!
